This mixed-use project, in an historic building in downtown Springfield, will provide affordable housing and a multi-theater cinema.
Renovations to this historic CCC Beach House at Elmore State Park balance historic character with modern function.
Re-construction of this lake house will reduce the building footprint, and add exterior decks and a south facing loft to connect to lake views.
