Maclay Architects is currently installing a 17.55 kW photovoltaic array and carport.

Maclay Architects, along with Scott Simons Architects of Portland, Maine, have been selected to design a new 8,400 square foot net-zero, LEED Platinum educational center for the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay, Maine.

This new residence in an outlying town of Boston seeks energy efficiency within a neighborhood context.  

This mixed-use project, in an historic building in downtown Springfield, will provide affordable housing and a multi-theater cinema.

 Renovations to this historic CCC Beach House at Elmore State Park balance historic character with modern function. 

This new residence will be set close to the western edge of a hay field in Putney, Vermont.

Re-construction of this lake house will reduce the building footprint, and add exterior decks and a south facing loft to connect to lake views.

The renovations and reconstruction of the Bennington state office building will house several state functions including district courts, Bennington County's State Attorney's office, Department of Corrections, Agency of Human Services and the Department of Labor.

Maclay Architects is proud to be doing pro-bono work to assist Recycle North and the ReStore establish their new facility on Granite Street in Barre, VT.   

Renovations to these five apartment buildings in Morrisville and Stowe aim to provide upgrades and improve energy efficiency.

The Aiken Project is an addition and renovation to the George D. Aiken Center, which houses the Rubenstein School of Environmental and Natural Resources at the University of Vermont.
