This mixed-use project, in an historic building in downtown Springfield, will provide 9 units of affordable housing, commercial space and a multi-theater cinema. This building was partially damaged in a fire in the summer of 2008. In collaboration with Housing Vermont and the Springfield Housing Authority, we have designed and detailed the reconstruction of this building to provide an accessible, durable and energy-efficient building, while being sensitive to historic preservation issues. The project is expected to be completed by the fall of 2011.
