Renovations to these five apartment buildings in Morrisville and Stowe aim to provide upgrades and improve energy efficiency. The apartments will receive kitchen and bath renovations along with some unit reconfiguration. Site improvements include new gravel parking, landscaping and improved drainage. New windows and doors along with insulation upgrades will improve the building envelopes. Four of these buildings are historically significant and these renovations will also preserve or improve their historic elements and character. Construction is underway and completion is expected by the fall of 2011.
