Dartmouth College, Class of 1978 Bunkhouse at the Moosilauke Ravine Lodge - WARREN, NH

78 cur 1
Energized by visiting the four bunkhouses that have recently been constructed at the Moosilauke Ravine Lodge, the class of '78 mobilized to construct another bunkhouse.

Other bunkhouses up to this point have provided a place for guests enjoying Mt. Moosilauke and the surrounding area purely for pleasure. The class of '78 bunkhouse, when complete, will provide on-site living space for the trail crew, and research crews. This bunkhouse has been made possible by the volunteer efforts and donations from the Class of '78. This two level bunkhouse will sit nested into the hillside, with the west facade facing towards Mt. Moosilauke.

Both levels feature open bunkrooms to accommodate each crew, a living area and a kitchenette, as the crews will spend the summer months based out of the bunkhouse.

The building's south-facing roof will house photovoltaic panels, providing renewable, on-site energy for the bunkhouses.
