Fuller Hill Farm Subdivision - Warren, Vermont

Fuller Hill Farm was designed to create a residential neighborhood. The development rights on 150 of the 200 acres were donated to the Vermont Land Trust, guaranteeing perpetual protection for wildlife habitat, meadows, and forestland. House sites are located to maximize protection and views. Common facilities, including a pond and community barn, are located at the center of the property, connected by a network of paths and open land. Extensive site analysis and land use mapping was generated on computers. We provided planning and permit services for the project, including detailed site analysis, a proposed land use plan and covenants. In addition to providing all planning services, Bill Maclay was the developer. He currently lives with his family on the property.
