Maclay Architects supported ReSOURCE and the ReSTORE in establishing their new facility on Granite Street in Barre, VT.

Beginning with initial building feasibility site visits in December 2008, Maclay Architects has provided professional services including permitting review and plans and elevations necessary to secure the zoning permit. Additionally, we assisted with defining the scope of work for long term energy efficiency and provided input to support the application for historic tax credits.

In support of the non-profit ReSOURCE and their mission as a community based, environmental organization, Maclay Architects donated a portion of their time to this successful project. The ReSOURCE celebrated the grand opening of this renovated facility in May of 2011.
