Gilman Housing Trust acquired three buildings in Barton with structural, moisture, and environmental problems. We worked with Gilman Housing Trust, Housing Vermont, and Rural Development to meet environmental, funding, accessibility, and historic preservation requirements. The final results are durable and efficient buildings, which will be assets for the occupants, the owners, and the town of Barton.
