The owner of a secluded parcel of land in southern Vermont came to us with the goal of creating a net-zero, healthy home with a strong connection to the beautiful site and views.
The simple, modern form of the home reflects the owner’s desired aesthetic while nestling into the hillside and opening to the views to the south and west. The design features a super-insulated building envelope with healthy materials carefully selected to address the chemical sensitivity of the occupants.
